peanut butter truffles

Hi everyone todays' post is my peanut butter truffles recipe, from the sweets made simple BBC cookery book.

Ingredients
milk chocolate for tempering
50g smooth peanut butter
10g double cream
25g soft light brown sugar

Method
Temper the chocolate and coat the inside of the moulds so that you can't see any holes, put in the fridge to set for approx 20 mins.
Melt the peanut butter, cream and sugar in a bowl over a pan of water, spoon the mix into the chocolate moulds and chill until set.
Remove from the fridge and bring back to room temp, spoon a little extra chocolate over the peanut butter to cover.
Put them back in the fridge to set for approx 30 min.
then try not to eat them all in one go.
