Hi everyone, today's post is going to be on spa's in the North Wales area. As someone who love a bit of pampering it will probably surprise most of you to learn that i have never been to a spa, however this is all about to change.
Living out in the countryside of North Wales the opportunity to visit a spa is a real luxury, and it was only recently that "health and beauty" spa's began to pop up around here, although saying that there is only a very small number of them.
The majority of the local spa's follow a luxury style, and are set in country house hotels or near the sea, they generally offer the usual services and treatments you would expect e.g massages and facials, however many now are using local products including Anglesey sea salt for their scrubs and local honey for their facial treatments.
The average price for a spa day in North Wales is approximately £100, with a 1 night stay being approximately £150-200.
Over the coming months i will be visiting the following spa's to share with you my pictures and experiences of the day.
