I did not use the walnut pieces or the frosting
Ingredients:
225g (8oz) butter room temp
350g (12oz) light muscovado sugar
4 Large eggs
50g (1 3/4oz) cocoa powder
250g (9oz) self raising powder
85g (3oz) walnut pieces - optional

The ingredients
Preheat over to gas 4, line tray bake tin 30x23cm and 4cm deep. Place the butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and flour in a bowl, beat until smooth and stir in walnut pieces. Spoon the mix into the tin and bake for 40mins, covering with foil for the last 10 mins.
Frosting Soften the butter and add the cocoa powder, stir in 4 tbsp of boiling water until smooth and then stir in the icing sugar. Spread over the brownies once they are cooled.
