Mac Angel lipstick

This is the second mac lipstick review...... Angel lipstick is one of my more "everyday" lipsticks. 

I purchased this shade around a year ago and it fast became my go to lipstick for everyday wear. I was initially advised to purchase snob (i bought them both) as the sales assistant thought the shade was to mauve for my skin colour..... but i loved it and bought it anyway.

It is described by on the MAC website  as a 'soft pink', however i think on my skintone it is more of a mauve with a pinky undertone with a slight shimmer. the formula is a frost meaning it has a shimmery quality and has a lighter pigmentation which makes your lips look lovely and moisturised. In comparison to my other mac lipsticks this is definitely one of the more understated ones, but it is a beautiful colour for everyday e.g. university or for work and i wouldn't be without it.   

I would describe this shade as a "your lips but better shade" and add a rosyness to my skin tone.

At £15, i dont think i will repurchase once i run out as i prefer snob and creme cup, however i highly recommend you to check it out at your local shop or counter.
